A return is possible within 20 days at your own expense.

Making a return :
STEP 1 :
SUBMIT YOUR RETURN REQUEST
- Go to your customer account.
- Click on the « Product Returns » section.
- Click on « New return or exchange request ».
- Use the dropdown list to select the order you wish to return, click on « make an exchange or a return ».
- Check the box of the product or products you wish to return.
- Choose the reason for your return and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
- Finally, click on « Submit my return request ».
*Exchanges are only possible for the same model (size change) or for a model of equivalent value.
- Wait for validation from the customer service team, this may take a little time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

INFO :
The return acceptance document is not a shipping label. It is used solely to confirm that your return has been accepted within the authorised period.
For an exchange, please send the pair back to us at your own expense. We will then take care of shipping the requested new size.
If you do not have a printer, you can simply write your surname, first name and phone number on a post-it note and place it inside the box to be returned.
ATTENTION! The returned pair must not have been worn and must be returned in its original box, itself well packaged in plastic or cardboard. Upon receipt and inspection of your item, we will proceed with the refund to your bank account or an exchange if requested.
STEP 3 :
RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN AT OUR PREMISES
Once your parcel has been received by our team, it is checked and processed.
You will be informed directly via your customer account as soon as your return has been finalised, whether for an exchange or a refund.
We have 14 working days (excluding weekends) from receipt of your parcel to finalise your return.
We process exchanges as a priority, then refunds.
Refunds are credited to the payment method used when placing the order. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
ATTENTION: Any return containing a damaged or used product, an unprotected or inappropriately taped box may be refused or result in a charge of €10, intended to cover the processing of the return in question.
Refused, uncollected or insufficiently franked parcel
For any refused, uncollected or insufficiently franked parcel, €15 will be deducted from the refund. The post office charges us for the return when a parcel is not collected or is refused. (see terms and conditions you have accepted)
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, simply click on this link before the expiry of this period. You will then need to return the item(s) concerned to us in their original condition.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return, via the same payment method used when placing your order.
